Disappointed with our experience. We placed a takeaway order and then decided to add BBQ pork with rice. Rather than telling us they were about to close or couldn’t accommodate the extra order, they said it was no problem. Surprisingly, it was ready within a couple of minutes, which immediately made me wonder whether it had been freshly prepared. Unfortunately, when we got home, the salt and pepper chicken was undercooked, and the BBQ pork was completely inedible. It also wasn’t as described on the menu. The pork was extremely dry, as though it had been sitting around for quite some time, and it was so tough it couldn’t even be chewed. The dish was also missing the cabbage that was in the photo on the window. On a positive note, the chow mein and chicken balls were both tasty. However, the undercooked chicken and poor-quality pork completely spoiled the meal, so we wouldn’t order those dishes again.

I was disappointed with my recent experience with this takeaway. I called and was put in hold for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes the lady came back to me without any explanation. I asked her why I was put on hold for 5 minutes, she said it was busy that was why she put me on hold. The lady was unexpectedly rude and refused to take my order and hang up on me. I called back she said she will not take my order and hung up again. I hope the staff especially the lady who handled my call at 19:21 today can improve her customer service going forward. I won’t be returning and I hope she seriously addresses her attitude toward customers. You have lost a customer of over 10 years.

I ordered satay chicken and it was literally GONE OFF. Smelt and tasted like PUKE. I almost puked myself. I’m so disgusted I will never eat Chinese food again let alone order from here. I hope my pregnant family member don’t get sick. If we get sick from this I will absolutely hit the roof. Either leaving food in pots over night and re selling because they can’t be arsed to do their job, or literally using out of date products. I’m truly REPULSED . 🤢 (£45 worth of Chinese in the bin) spend your money wisely people.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered mini spring rolls – as everyone knows, these are meant to be the very small, bite-sized kind. I was quite surprised to discover, upon returning home, that I had been given large spring rolls instead. When I called the restaurant for clarification, rather than acknowledging the simple misunderstanding – that by "mini spring rolls" I clearly meant the smaller version – I was met with an incredibly rude, dismissive, and argumentative response. The person I spoke to demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service. As long as that unpleasant woman remains employed there, I will not be returning, and I’ll be advising family and friends to avoid the place as well. Having lived in Thamesmead my whole life, and with my family having supported this business for decades, it’s deeply disappointing to see such a disregard for loyal customers. They’ve now lost some long-standing patrons due to the sheer lack of care and the rudeness I experienced
